What is a 'Pre-Order' product?

• This is a product that is currently being made which you are purchasing in advance.
• The product is expected to be shipped out on the date stated on the product page. 
• You will be notified when the product has been posted along with a tracking number.
• We do not accept refunds or exchanges for pre-order products.

Important 

• Please note: The expected date is an estimate and we recommend allowing one week leeway if purchasing for an event. 
• If you are purchasing additional products, they will be shipped with your pre-order product. If you need the additional products sooner, please order separately.
